Update Biblos
Updating Biblos is a feasible procedure in a few steps. The update is always performed from within Biblos. You can manually check for updates using the "lng<BiblosMain/MiHelp>>/lng<MiHelpCheckVersion>>" menu. If an update is available, you will be asked if you want to update. The download starts. When finished, you will be asked if you want to install it.
Note: Before performing an update, you should save any documents you may have written.
Installing the update consists of only two steps, simple confirmations to be given by clicking on the buttons to continue. When the update is complete, you will be notified that the update has been successful, and then you will return to Biblos.
As with the installation, to update Biblos you need to have sufficient system permissions. If you work in a system with restrictions, you must ask the system administrator for the necessary permissions to update Biblos.
At the first execution Biblos checks via internet for updates. This is due to an option that allows you to check for new updates automatically on a regular basis. The setting can be found in the general Biblos options from the menu "lng<BiblosMain/MiTool>>/lng<MiToolOption>>".
To find out what's new and what's better in an update, you can join the Biblos group at this address:
