Insert a polygon
Wizard for inserting a polygon into the tactile graph. A polygon is a geometric figure formed by a closed broken line. Each segment that constitutes a broken one is said side, the point where two segments meet is called vertex. The sides and angles can be of variable length and width.
The wizard allows you to enter N vertices of the polygon. The last vertex is always united with the first.
A list contains all vertices, consisting of a pair of X and Y coordinates. The list is associated with a context menu containing some management functions.
- X and Y coordinate fields: Pair of values to add a new vertex to the polygon. The new vertex is always added at the end of the others. To move a vertex up or down, the list has specific movement functions.
- Add: button to add a vertex to the list. The vertex coordinate pair takes values from the previous X and Y fields.
- Delete: button to remove a vertex from the list.
A vertex is defined as the meeting point of two sides of a polygon.
